In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "288wib," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at 288wib.net and all associated services and products.
• "Member," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 288wib or who accesses the platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by you on the 288wib platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your 288wib account, including cash balance and non-withdrawable bonus funds separately maintained.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or equivalent non-cash incentives credited to your account by 288wib.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover required before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• You must not be included on any self-exclusion register or list maintained by 288wib or a regulatory body to which 288wib subscribes.

288wib reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Where a registration is declined due to an eligibility concern, 288wib will not retain any data submitted beyond the period required for regulatory compliance.

In order to process withdrawals and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations, 288wib requires all members to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

Verification documents typically required include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or valid driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (where funds are deposited via a bank account or wallet registered to a specific individual).

288wib may request additional documentation at any time if required for enhanced due diligence purposes. Accounts where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified may be restricted, suspended, or closed. In such cases, 288wib will act in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements with respect to the return of any verified funds.

Members who deposit via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are reminded that all payment method accounts must be registered in the same legal name as the 288wib member account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

288wib accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Deposits page at the time of transaction. Accepted methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT, and BTC, subject to method availability at the time of deposit.

The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction for each payment method. Current minimums are Rs 500 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.
• 288wib does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently. 288wib is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
• Deposits are credited to your 288wib balance once confirmed by the relevant payment network. 288wib does not guarantee deposit processing times as these depend on third-party payment infrastructure.
• 288wib reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified under KYC or AML procedures.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit attempts will result in immediate account suspension, recovery of any associated winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification, absence of active wagering requirements on the relevant balance, and confirmation that no investigation or compliance review is pending on the account.

Key withdrawal terms:

• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 288wib reserves the right to direct withdrawals via alternative verified methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. No withdrawal is permitted where the balance is below the applicable minimum.
• 288wib aims to process JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 10 minutes for verified accounts, and bank transfers within the same business day. These are target processing times, not contractual guarantees.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only the cash component of an account balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• 288wib reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending satisfactory resolution of any compliance, security, or investigation concern.

288wib offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

• Bonuses are available only to members who have not previously held a 288wib account in respect of welcome bonuses, and only to members who satisfy the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion in respect of ongoing offers.
• 288wib reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion where it reasonably believes abuse, misuse, or fraud has occurred.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified at the point of offer. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are wagered before real money funds unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• 288wib may exclude specific games, bet types, or markets from bonus wagering contribution. Excluded games will be identified in the promotion-specific terms.
• The use of multiple accounts, collusion between members, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms constitutes abuse and may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of all associated accounts.

288wib's sports betting product is governed by the sporting rules and bet settlement procedures published on the Sports Betting Rules page, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

The following general sports betting terms apply to all markets including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other sports covered on the 288wib platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to 288wib's prevailing odds and stake limits at the time of placement. 288wib reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stakes without providing a reason.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to connection and data feed reliability. 288wib will not be liable for bets declined due to technical issues attributable to the member's internet connection.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered, 288wib will apply its standard void and settlement rules as published in the sporting rules documentation.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 288wib reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion, regardless of whether the event has concluded.
• Bets placed via multiple accounts on the same event to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage) in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational betting may be voided and accounts restricted.

288wib's casino games, including all slot titles, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games, are operated either directly by 288wib or by certified third-party game providers whose products are made available through the 288wib platform.

The following terms apply to casino game activity:

• All RNG-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories for statistical randomness and fairness. Published RTPs reflect long-term theoretical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or interrupted session caused by a technical failure on the platform side, 288wib will endeavour to reconstruct the game state and honour bets in progress. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets affected by confirmed malfunctions will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live dealer games are operated in real time by trained croupiers. Results are governed by the physical outcome of the live game. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game result, 288wib's decision, made in consultation with the game provider's records, is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288wib platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one 288wib account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other members to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.

288wib reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable time.
• Unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent activity is identified on the account.
• A member requests self-exclusion under 288wib's responsible gaming procedures.
• The account is found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
• The account is inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited by 288wib. Where closure is at 288wib's discretion without breach by the member, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via a verified payment method.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, images, text, and other materials comprising or forming part of the 288wib platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 288wib or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any 288wib content without express written permission.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set and reduce at any time. Increases to limits require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic reminders and session cut-offs based on duration of continuous play.
